Core Policy

We accept cores for up to six months from the date of invoice, though we ask you to return them as soon as possible. Cores that are deemed unrepairable cannot be accepted for core credit. Please package electronic equipment properly to prevent damage during shipping

Please enclose a completed copy of our Return Goods Form with your cores and in every package you send to RDM.

Warranty Information:

Electronic boards carry a one-year warranty from date of installation. Printers will be warranted for 90 days.

Products are guaranteed against any defect arising from the normal use of the equipment. The purchaser’s right under the limited warranty shall consist solely of requiring RDM Industrial Electronics, Inc. to repair any defective item at no cost.
